So Nice garments (Pvt.) Limited was incorporated in
Bangladesh on 26th October 2000 under the Companies Act,
1994 and obtained Certificate of Incorporation from Registrar
of Joint Stock Companies and Firms vide Registration No. C-
41628(987)/2000 as a Private Limited Company Limited by
Shares.

The Company launched its operation in the year 2000 with an

objective to produce value added woven made ready-made
garments (100% export oriented) and export the same to
Europe and Western countries. The Company in every year
earns a substantial amount of foreign exchange and playing a
pivotal role in building up the national economy as well as to
create employment opportunity. After 10 (ten) years of
successful operation as well as observing the marketing
demand, the Company has expanded its business activities
and established its own factory premises at Bangabandhu
Sarak, Gouripur, Ashullia, Savar, Dhaka. Which will be 20,000
sft per floor total 140000 sft this factory will be in operation
by 1st May 2010.

Mr. Muksedur Rahman was born on 05 January 1959 in a
respectable family from Nobabgong. He obtained graduation
degree from Political Science in the year 1983 and the then
he started his carrier in European Commission and holds
several key positions. After successful completion of job, He
was formed a Buying house named “Clothing Bagla in the
year 1992 and engaged himself in RMG industries, the bread
earning source of foreign Currency. Mr. Muksed established
semi-auto packaging industries named Double Protection
paper and Packaging Limited in the year 1999 and
established garments industries named So Nice Garments
Pvt. Limited in the year 2000 and all the industries are set up
from his own finance. He has versatile knowledge in ready-
made garments and its backward linkage industries. He is
associated with this industry more then 24years and all the
Companies are running sound under his dynamic leadership.
He also associated with a number of benevolent institutions.

The Board of Directors consisted of 2 (two) persons and all

the directors of the company are established business
personnel in Bangladesh and have in-depth business
knowledge in RMG and its affiliated sector. The management

of the Company appointed a good number of personnel to its
Company who have adequate expertise knowledge in their
respective department for ensuring progressive development
of the Company. On the other hand, the Company has a firm
commitment to its buyers “To Provide Quality goods and
delivered the same on time”. The Company with its all our
efforts upheld the commitments to each buyers.

Total Quality Management (TQM) is one of the pre-requisite

requirements for developing the ready-made garments
industries particularly in Bangladesh. To implement with the
TQM systems, the Company has recruited a good number of
professional personnel in its quality assurance department.
Right now the Company has been maintaining accepted
inspection quality level (AQL)- 1.5 unless there is special
requirement required by the buyer(s).

The Company has complied with all the laws and regulation
framed by the land of the country. In addition to that, the
Company neither permit or recruit any personnel whose aged
falls below 18 years as per guideline issued by the
International Labor laws nor force any of its employees to do
his/her assignment..

The Company sincerely believes that employees are the main
resource of the Company. For that the Company has been
maintaining the following facilities to it employees with due
diligence and care:
