    Self Reflection Form

    ➢ For each individual presentation you must complete this form for your portfolio.
    ➢ You should reflect on your own performance AFTER you have watched your video and with
    reference to the rubrics.
    ➢ The purpose is to help you identify your own strengths & weaknesses. Describe what you saw
    and heard, make this as detailed as possible to really improve your work.
    ➢ Use the task/assessment guidelines and rubrics to help you make specific comments. “It was
    good” is not sufficient!
