Subject: Media coverage of EEP/DCA- Annex to bi-monthly report from March 2010

I am delighted to present to your attention a recent article on EEP activities with a special
focus on the industrial DCA guaranteed project in Zagorka Brewery. The article was
published in mid-March by the Bulgarian magazine “Industrial Products and Applications”
(a copy of the issue is enclosed with this letter). Please consider this article an annex to the
last bimonthly report, sent to you on March 2010.

The magazine “Industrial Products and Applications” is a bimonthly periodical, which is

distributed among 5000 industrial organizations and professionals free of charge. The
magazine is mostly advertising products and appliances for the industry, specific
engineering design in industrial automation, power equipment, industrial electronics, heat
equipment, machine engineering, information technologies, etc. Target audience is
decision makers, project, developers, managers, power engineers, technicians and other
industrial professionals, etc. The editors follow the trend to publish in each issue a special
article on hot issues like energy projects, news in the area of interest, etc.

This issue’s focus article is devoted to the DCA project in Zagorka Brewery. The article
describes the project, history and development, pesenets general data for the company and
all technical energy efficiency measures implemented as well as their current status.

The DCA Mechanism, the role of PWH Ltd and other EEP/DCA partners is separately
presented. The editors consider the information very useful to their audience and they are
committed to publishing a similar article in each issue of the magazine about each of the
other financed industrial DCA guaranteed projects. The focus of the next issue due in May
will be the Elprom Elin Electroceramics, Shoumen. The editors declared their readiness to
consider similar publications on any successful projects with FIB as well.
