MANIFESTATION and SUBMISSION

COMES NOW RESPONDENT through the undersigned and to this Honorable

Pollution Adjudication Board most respectfully manifests:

1. By way of compliance to the Cease and Desist Order dated 30 January

2018 issued by this Honorable Pollution Adjudication Board (PAB),
Respondent immediately ceased its operations;

2. On 20 February 2018, Respondent seasonably filed a Motion for

Temporary Lifting Order for the said Cease and Desist Order;

3. Pursuant to the PAB Rules of Procedures, the Respondent is directed to

submit the weekly progress report;

4. Thus, Respondent hereby manifests that the Construction of the Waste

Water Treatment Facility has finished the plumbing works.

The mechanical equipments has commenced installation where

Motors, Diffusers, Chlorination and Ultrafiltration Equipments are being
mounted in the system.

Respondent further submits to this Honorable Board the pictures of

the actual Progress of the 23rd week which is hereto attached as
Annex “A”;

 5. It is most respectfully asked and pleaded from this Honorable Board that
this MANIFESTATION AND SUBMISSION BE NOTED and placed in the
records of this case.
