Guidelines

- No need to evaluate skills for all parameters of technical capabilities.

- Work place management and Attributes related skill shall be evaluated for all employees.

- Only evaluation to be done for employee where we want them to be skilled.

Example : If employee in HT department is required to operate Ipsen,Pit type furnace only.


Then there is not need to train them on phosphating and deburring process.
However few employees can be trained based on their expertise in process.
