Dear Parents,

The van service is an optional facility opted for and arranged by the parents.

Though the school would prefer its learners to use the school transport services, parents have
been opting to use the private van facility. However, it must be noted that the school is not
responsible for these private vans.

We would like to remind you that all factors related to the safety of the learners have to be
considered and checked by you regularly.

We have noticed that although the van drivers/attendants collect the learners after a thorough
verification of the authorization cards by the teachers, the learners are not monitored by the van
drivers/attendants once they step out.

In light of the above mentioned points, you are requested to inform the van drivers/ attendants
to be extremely cautious while dropping and picking the learners to and from school.

Also, please note in case the van reaches the school late, regular tardiness policy will be
applicable.

Do note that the learner will not be handed over to the van personnel if the form hasn’t been duly
submitted to the school office.

Important points:

• Please ensure the Van driver/ attendant is present at the time of dispersal.

• Authorization van card for the driver/ attendant would need to be made by parents at the
cost of Rs. 100/-.

• A learner will not be handed over to the driver/attendant if they do not have the valid
authorization van card.

• Van dispersal will commence only after bus & walk-in dispersal.

• Do note that the below van forms will have to be duly filled and submitted to your ward’s
appointed van driver/attendant who would then need to collate all the forms and submit it to
the School’s Front Office in one folder by June 25th, 2018. Single forms will not be accepted.

We understand that the school policy does not permit the protocol of departure from school/ home by
