DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THE PRESENT:

That I, PIO C. MONTES, Widow of legal age, Filipino Citizen, with Postal Address
Tavera Street, Poblacion, Pakil, Laguna here in called the VENDOR.

and

EMIE DICHOSO ACADEMIA, Single, of legal age, Filipino Citizen with present
address at #145 Fontillas Street San Narciso, Zambales, here in called the VENDEE.

WITHNESSETH

That the VENDOR is the registered owner of a parcel of land more particularly describe
as the ff.:

Tax Declaration No. : 21-0004-02230

A parcel of Agricultural Land, Situated at Bagong Bayan,

Candelaria, Balian, Pangil, Laguna containing are of 545 sqm.
More or less With estimated assessed value P 1,380.00 only
determined by the Assessor’s Office of Pangil, laguna and duly
entered in the assessment row for the year of 2011 and with the
following boundaries to wit;

Now therefore, for and in consideration of the premises a portion of Land containing an
area of 400 sqm the sum of FORTY THOUSAND PESOS (P40,000.00) Philippine Currency the
receipt wereof is hereby acknowledge from the VENDEE to entire satisfaction of the VENDOR,
the said VENDOR hereby, SELL, TRANSFER AND CONVEY in a manner of absolute and
irrevocable in favor of the VENDEEE, his/her heirs and assigns the land above described
together with all the improvements existing thereon.
