Elevations
4 points of elevation of the building
Gives the height length and width of the building
Gives the height of the floor of the building(foundation)
The roof is a gable and valley type
Shows the material of the roof used
Dimension of the roof and its material
Shows the type of gutter
Shows the railings used
Floor Plan
There are designated symbols for the parts of the house (e.g. windows, doors, cabinets, wall
thickness, etc.)

Angles of the roof
Every parts of the house are assigned
Living area always have the main door
Living area cannot be combined with the dining but only be partitioned/divided
Dining area can be combined with the kitchen or not
Kitchen area must have a service door
Kitchen area has all its appliances aligned in a designated point with no obstruction to the hallway or
path
Masters Bedroom has its own Toilet & Bath inside of it
The Bedroom’s doors are always close to each other to regulate the pathway
