The undersigned is writing in behalf of our client BBB.

Our client is the owner of a parcel of land with residential house,

covered by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-26937 of the Registry of
Deeds of La Union located at the Barrio of Magallanes, Luna, La Union.

Our client BBB, being the owner of said properties, merely tolerated
your stay on the said house and lot with the understanding that you will
voluntarily vacate it upon demand. However, despite several oral
demands from our clients, you unjustifiably refused to vacate it.

In this regard, please vacate and surrender the premises to our client
within fifteen (15) days from receipt of this letter. Otherwise, we will be
constrained to file the appropriate cases to protect our client’s interests.

To avoid further inconvenience, do give this matter your preferential

attention.
