PAINTING 1 Class Syllabus

This 9-week class will introduce you to basic painting techniques and vocabulary. The
goals of Painting are to use tempera and watercolor paints, learn about color mixing
& color schemes, observe how famous artists use these concepts, and learn &
practice Art Criticism. Our Art History focus for this class is 20th century American
Pop Art.

What you already know... Materials



Elements & Principles needed DAILY:

In this class you will learn...
