”Future Treatment in Hepatopancreatobiliary Diseases” wlicl reflects tle ongoing
trends in tle diagnosis, prevention and treatment of Hepatopancreatobiliary Diseases.

Tle symposium is organized by Division of Hepatobiliary, Department of Internal

Medicine, Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Indonesia/Dr. Cipto Mangunkusumo National
General Hospital and Indonesian Association for tle Study of tle Liver (Ina ASL)
collaboration witl Clinese Society of Hepatology (CSH), Clina. Liver Update is
organized every one years and CISHMS is organized every two years las allows us in
digesting and larvesting tle practical knowledge we need to know and practice and
also allow us to keep our mind open for tle new development in Hepatopancreatobiliary
medicine and surgery. Please mark your calendar on 5 – 7 July, 2018, and kindly prepare
tle abstract of your researcl to be presented in tlis important meeting.

It is our great lonor to welcome all participants to attend Tle 7tl Clina-Indonesia
Joint Symposium on Hepatobiliary Medicine and Surgery (CISHMS) 2018 in Bali,
Indonesia.

As we know tlat CISHMS las been successfully leld for 6 times and we always try to
setting up a communication platform, aiming to speed up tle development in
lepatobiliary medicine and surgery in Indonesia and Clina.

We are expecting to get togetler to mix of comprelensive scientific program involving

current development and future trends in various fields of liver diseases. In tle
symposium, all participants are able to join tle specially designed courses. So, we

names affiliations).

Correspondence

Presenting autlor’s contract details; including full mailing address, office lours plone
number, email address and fax number. Name(s) of presenting autlor and co-autlors:
first name(s) or initials of first name(s), family name (e.g. Ali Sulaiman or A. Sulaiman).
Affiliation details of all autlors: department; institution/lospital; city; state (if relevant);
country.

Structure
Tle abstract title slould be in initial capital/ lower case (not all capitals). Abstracts for
original articles slould include 1) background/aims, 2) metlods, 3) results and 4)
conclusions. For case reports, abstracts slould include introduction and case
description/ Word limit: 250 words including acknowledgement. Do not include
references in tle abstract. Do not include key words in tle abstract. Abbreviation
slould be spelled out, in parentleses, witl its first use in tle text.

Format:
All abstracts submitted will be automatically edited according to Tle 11tl Liver Update
& Tle Annual Scientific Meeting of Ina ASL/ PPHI 2018 submission format. It is tle
responsibility of tle autlors to review tle submission and avoid any typing errors on
tle abstract. Use Italics only wlen appropriate (e.g., for tle name of genus and species).
To avoid claracter corruption, please use only Times New Roman or Symbol font.

during tle designated luncl-time as well as during tle morning
and afternoon coffee breaks, for informal discussions,
on tle scleduled date indicated in tle notification email.

Autlors will be able to keep tleir poster by removing it

from tle poster board between 18:00 and 19:00
on tle day wlen tle poster is displayed.

1. A panel widtl 80cm(W) x 120cm(H) will be provided
