Season’s Greetings!

To usher the Yuletide Season, the Municipality will be holding its annual Lights-On Ceremony on December 15,
2012, 7:00 PM at the Public Plaza.

It is the town’s yearly tradition to illuminate the trees in the Public Plaza and the Municipal Grounds, sponsored by
different business establishments, groups and organizations in the Municipality. But more than the artificial lights,
this is one event that brings together different sectors of the Municipality, in unity, to celebrate and bring to
everyone the happiness of the Christmas Season.

Thus, we are asking your support to this endeavor by sponsoring one (1) tree decorated with electric lights and
other ornaments. To You are given the artistic freedom in choosing the decorations provided the same are not
offensive to morals, decency and order, and that the trees will not be damaged.

If you are amenable, you may begin to install your lights and decorations from receipt of this letter up to
December 10, 2012 to give us ample time to test and do immediate repairs, if necessary. You are assigned the
following trees to wit:

Engineer’s 5 Agriculture 14

You may further coordinate with the Office of the Mayor or call 495-1100 and look for Allan Villaruz.
