Instructions: Given below are situations which are seen in most of the people’s life. Read each
clause carefully and note how much they create stress in your life. Based on the intensity of the
stress, mark your responses ranging from 5 to 0. If you feel high stress towards a situation mark
as ‘5’, and if you don’t feel stress at all towards a situation mark as ‘0’ and if your responses
