 September 10-11 - CLOSED FOR ROSH HASHANA
 September 12-13 - PICKUP LUNCH AT 1:15 PM (Fast Day and Primary Day)
 September 18 - EARLY LUNCH AT 12:00 PM
 September 19 - CLOSED FOR YOM KIPPUR
 September 24-25 - CLOSED FOR SUCCOS
 September 26-27 - EARLY LUNCH AT 12:00 PM
Dear Friends,
There are a LOT of Jewish Holidays this month so please check the box above carefully for all the
changes including dates of closure, early lunches and pickup lunches.
On Monday, September 3rd at 12:15 pm, come bid farewell to summer with a picnic-themed
Labor Day Lunch, followed by an upbeat Bluegrass Concert.
Our REGULAR LUNCH SCHEDULE resumes, with lunches Monday - Thursday at 1:15 pm,
beginning on Tuesday, September 4th.
This month’s Chair Massages will be held on Tuesday, September 4th and Monday,
September 17th at 1:50 pm. Register in the office to secure your appointment slot. Zumba Gold
with Denise will run concurrently on Monday, September 17th at 2 pm.
Keep the doctor away and get into the Rosh Hashana spirit as our Fresh Bites class features
“Apples, Apples, Apples!!!” on Wednesday, September 5th at 2 pm.
Celebrate our September birthdays at our Birthday Party on Thursday, September 6th. Don’t
forget to enter to win birthday pastries, a Moriah cap or a Moriah T-shirt!
Due to popular demand, Sue-Rae Rosenfeld will run another Cellphone Clinic on Monday,
September 17th at 2 pm. Come with your cellphone and your questions!
Our always popular Succah Party, featuring live music by Cantor Eric S. Freeman, will take place
on Thursday, September 27th at our scheduled early lunch time of 12:15 pm. The dining room
will be open if you prefer to eat indoors, but if you want to join us al fresco in the Succah, please
sign up with Ruthy so that we can save you a seat. As always, please check in that day in the
main hall before proceeding to the succah.
