2. The Technolympics is an avenue where learners can best show their knowledge and skills in the
dif
ferent qualifications of TLE/TVL subject. Further, it will showcase various products and
performances as evidences of their learning. The activity aims to strengthen and upgrade the
students' level of competence and conf
idence in facing life's challenges.
3. Student-participants shall be given enough time to prepare for quizzes and other examinations
missed during the conduct of the competitions. They shall be also allowed reasonable time to
comply with, and submit other requirements ofthe different subject areas.
5. All officially registered coaches, heads and members of the working committees, including
Contest Administrators, Contest Coordinators and Contest Secretar
ies, shall be given equivalent
service credits for working during Saturdays and Sundays as stipulated in pertinent DepEd
6. Registration fee of Two Hundred Twenty Pesos (P220.00) for the SY 2017-2018 Division
Technolympics shall be collected from each participant to cover expenses for lodging, use of
venue, light and sound services, physical arrangement, trophies, plaque, certif
icates, honoraria and
other incidental expenses.
7. To determine the exact number ofparticipants to be accommodated by the host school, all Public
and Private Secondary School Heads are requested to submit the list ofnames of the participants
using the attached Registration Form (RF) on or before October 31, 2017 Attention: Grace P.

A. PARTICIPANTS
1. The SY 2017-2018 Division Technolympics will showcase marketable products and performances
in the different skills acquired by the students in the various specializations of Technology and
Livelihood Education, this is open to all high school students enrolled in both public and private high
schools and technical vocational high schools.
2. Official Delegation
The members of the school delegation to the 6ih Division Technolympics are as follows:

Official delegates are expected to send Pre-registration at least two (2) weeks before the
scheduled event (Please use attached form).
B. ELIGIBILITY
1. The 6th Division Technolympics shall be participated in by bona fide students enrolled in the
Public or Private High Schools during the School Year 2017-2018, duly certified by the
school heads.
Note:
All the requirements shall be placed inside the long brown envelope specifying the
name of the contestant/s, name of skill to be par
ticipated, name of school, and name of
school head or administrator.
Credentials shall be prepared by the coach and to be submitted to the San Jose NHS
secretariat before the contest.
C. REGISTRATION
1. Solidarity Meeting of all coaches will be on November 16, 2017 at 9:00 a.m.. All par
ticipants
shall be at the venue at exactly 7:00 a.m..
2.The registration fee is P220.00 per par
ticipant and it shall be in cash.
E. BILLETING
Rooms for the delegation shall be provided by the host school, except mats and beddings.
Occupants of the rooms shall maintain the cleanliness of the room and its surroundings and
