SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, AICHI AUTIDA LUMARLAN, of legal age, Filipino, single, and a resident

of AVIDA Condominium, Davao City;

That I am an owner of a unit (3228) in Amaia Skies Tower 1 condominium

located at 5th Avenue cor. Tuazon Avenue Cubao Araneta Center with
Condominium Certificate of Title No. 004-2013022326.

That I, on this date, have named, constituted and appointed my aunt, RYAN
JHON LAMASON, of legal age, Filipino, married and a resident of Aurora
Extension, Purok Bayanihan, Brgy. San Miguel, Digos City, Davao del Sur, to be my
true and lawful attorney-in-fact, for me and in my name, place and stead, to
perform the following powers and acts to wit:

1. To use the Condominium Certificate of Title No. 004-2013022326.as

above indicated, as a guaranty or security for the performance of an
obligation or to mortgage and used the same as a collateral for a loan at
Rural Bank of Digos, Inc. in any amount;
2. To sign and endorse any document or paper necessary in relation thereto;
3. To receive the proceeds of the said loan and endorse any check or negotiable
paper relative to the above loan;
To do other acts necessary and proper to carry out the foregoing powers;

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney in-fact, full

powers and authority, to perform all and every act required or necessary to be done
in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could
lawfully do if personally present, hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said
attorney in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
