ASSISTANT T&C MANAGER
CORE REQUIREMENTS:
To assist the Director of Talent & Culture
in managing salary administration, legal
compliance, loss prevention, internal
communications, motivation &
recognition, coaching & counseling,
employee engagement, employee
events and staff welfare & housing.
Perform all duties as a role Model for
other HR colleagues and resort
employees by leading by example while
maintaining confidentiality of sensitive
data and information is mandatory
Experience of working on FUSION
(HRMS Software) is must.
SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
Similar position experience and working
in Maldives / remote location / resort
environnement is desirable.
