1.2 The Property — The flat on the ... floor of the Building known
as (insert postal address).
2 DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION

2.1 Definitions
In this agreement:
1232132 'the Parking Space' means the parking space known as
parking space number 4 in the basement of the Building and
includes the storage space adjoined to it.

123232 'Building' means the [building (or) block of flats] known as

(address) of which the Property forms part, including any common
parts, forecourts, parking areas, gardens and land held with it;]
2.1.5 ‘the Property’ means the flat described in the Particulars,
and the expression includes:
2.1.5.1 all additions and improvements to the Property,
2.1.5.2 all landlord’s fixtures and fittings and fixtures of
every kind that are from time to time in or upon the
Property (whether or not originally affixed or
fastened) except the Contents, and
2.1.5.3 all pipes, sewers, drains, mains, ducts, conduits,
gutters, watercourses, wires, cables, channels,
flues and other conducting media that are in,
under or over the Property and serve it exclusively,
including plant or fixtures and fittings and other
ancillary apparatus, and
2.1.5.4 The surface of all walls and ceilings and the floor
coverings and floor boards to the floors, but not
the beams or supports,
but does not include any area of the Building above the surface of
the ceiling or below the level of the floor, nor the structural or
outside walls of the Building, and for the avoidance of doubt neither
does it include the Parking Space.
