WORK EXPERIENCE:
1. HDFC Realty ( June 2016 to January 2018)
Projects: Sales force admin and development, Salesforce Testing, Manual and Automation testing of desktop and
mobile application and various other real estate projects.
Designation: IT officer
Roles and responsibility: Prepare test cases, test plan and covering all possible scenarios, execute black box, white
box, unit testing and regression testing.
Salesforce application bifurcated in two parts Residential and commercial real estate app for buying and selling
properties.

2. The roles include functional testing of Salesforce application which includes leads, opportunity, properties &
reports run etc.
3.In Salesforce admin we used to create profile for new users, assigned roles, lead and opportunities. There is
assignment of campaign manager.
4. The data management is done using bulk upload via data loader or workbench.The leads opportunity properties
cities location etc are uploaded daily basis.The files is in CSV format.

5. Admin part also include sharing, permission rules for users authentication. The read write and update authority s
done as per requirement.
6. We used to add update and delete fields of leads and opportunities & broker tab as per user requirements.
7. Examine SFDC error and debug logs if any external application that synchronizes with SFDC.

8.Updating new validation rules editing pick list value for leads and opportunities.
9.Run all apex tests in the system to spot any new errors ,changes in triggers or data cleanup as per client
requirement.
10 .At end of day we used to check activation and deactivation of users as per HR directions.We used to provide
Salesforce id to new user if licensed is free.
11.Apart from Salesforce testing & Admin, testing of mobile app like HDFC prop partner broker app,master
watch & Salesforce 1 app is carried out daily basis in iOS and Android platform.
12.Password creation, reset and updating CRM id, Salesforce I’d Many mores Salesforce activities are performed.

2. Offbeat Software Solutions Pvt Ltd: (December 2014 to December 2015)

Project Name: Buzz number, AMS, Embryo, Dolly Skip Managers, GOST (Machine parts) and various other projects.
All the projects of more than 6 month’s duration. The QA team used to work simultaneously on the projects.

Role and Responsibility:


.Prepare a test plan, test cases covering all possible scenarios, execute a black box testing of test unit,
check for possible broken code, maintain a systematic log of test results, maintain a statistics of code development-testing-
