APPLICATIONS (PLAs) COVERING LOTS IN GENERAL SANTOS
CITY AND IN THE PROVINCES OF SOUTH COTABATO AND
SARANGGANI

This has reference with the Memorandum dated 17 April 2018 from by the Assistant
Secretary for Staff Bureaus requesting for clarification on the proposed lifting of suspension in the
issuance, processing and approval of survey authority, survey plan and public land applications
(PLAs) covering lots in General Santos City and in the Provinces of South Cotabato and
Saranggani.

Part of our response is the presentation of facts/data relative to the suspension of titling in
General Santos City, South Cotabato and Saranggani. Hence, we are respectfully requesting for
updates particularly on the complaints drafted and endorsed to the Office of the Solicitor General
(OSG) and complaints that have already benn filed
