Instructions to Fill the Application

1. Candidates are expected to attach a Statement of purpose (SoP) which clearly
states their motivation to participate in CEA Research Expo-15. The statement of
purpose should be 300-500 words concerning your purpose and expectations.
2. Candidates appearing/appeared for GATE examination should attach a copy of the
hall ticket with the duly filled application form.
3. Candidates are insisted to attach a copy of their Curriculum Vitae along with
supporting documents (Mark sheets).
4. Candidates are advised to fill the application completely and expected to send before
the deadline to cea.reexpo15@gmail.com. Late and partially filled applications will
not be considered.
5. The top 50 highly motivated students will be shortlisted based on their CV, State-
ment of Purpose etc.
6. Please check your email periodically. We will notify you, if you are shortlisted for
attending CEA Research Expo.
7. For the shortlisted candidates, the registration fee towards CEA Fest’15 will be
waived.
8. Accommodation will be subject to availability and is on first come first serve basis,
will be charged Rs. 200 per day per person (Only accommodation).
9. Prizes will be awarded to the top three posters as determined by technical committee
