CONCEPTUAL FRAMEWORK

In this study named” Utilization of Okra gum for treatment of tannery effluent”, the researches
intended to study the substances and chemical properties of Hibiscus Esculentus, its process of utilization
and the chemical effects of it when added to tannery effluent on a fixed volume of concentration.

The figure above shows the conceptual paradigm of the Utilization of Okra gum for tannery
effluent. The paradigm shows the conceptual framework of the study. Starting from the gathering of
materials of the study of flocculation through Jar Test method and its process of mechanism through X-
ray diffractogram patterns aiming to finally treat tannery effluent, resulting to a fully purified one.
