The 2nd Homeroom meeting of Grade 11 – COOKERY/DRESSMAKING took place last August 31, 2018, at
3:00 in the afternoon with a prayer thru multimedia presentation. It was immediately followed by the declaration of
quorum and the presentation of the meeting’s agenda. It was accepted unanimously. Deliberation of every agendum
took after.
The substitute, Mr. Jessie James B. Virtuoso updated the parents on the students’ performances for the first
quarter of the school year. He stressed that she was able to observe that some of the students were focused on their
studies and some didn’t mind it so much that they are graded blank in their cards, and needed follow up on their parents
or guardians. She also told the parents that those students who had a blank grades were given enough chance to cope up
and properly comply the things that they missed or causes the students to have a blank grades. He even appreciated the
diligence of the learners in their studies that despite sometimes of infirmities, most of the learners continuously went to
school.
During the meeting it was also announced to the parents that those students who ordered P.E Uniform and was
able to pay it already.
The parents were also reminded of the school acitivites Field Demostration and Drum Corps where some of the
students of Grade 11 – COOKERY/DRESSMAKING were active members. The adviser thanked the parents for their
continuous support and participation.
Next agendum that took place was the giving of cards and followed immediately by the checking of attendance.
Nothing more to discuss, the meeting ended at 4:25 in the afternoon with a prayer led by Mr. Joel Villanueva
