Project controls are formed at the organizational stage of the project to provide overall guidance and
control to the implementation process.
Project controls include:
administrative controls
time reporting procedures
independent quality assurance reviews
Administrative framework normally consist of:
one or more client management committees
the top (executive) management
the information processing services department
