• Led a project consisting of WebMD sales, IT, customer service teams, Dell Computer sales, project management
staff, sub-contractors to redesign the sales, online order entry, hardware/software implementation, and customer
service processes/procedures for a turn-key online system in support of the healthcare industry customer base.

• Senior-level position responsible for technology planning, network integration, request for proposals, help desk
implementation, outsourcing, business process re-engineering and migration strategies. Selected as a member of
a prestigious new practice area called IT Strategy and Integration.

• Created a new business system for a nation-wide enterprise network at Georgia – Pacific Corporation consisting of
400 locations that were tied to a wide-area network using business case and business process reengineering

variations.

• Managed a multi-million dollar project at Siemens Automation and Energy Corporation. Siemens was a $1.2 billion

systems. The scope of the project included: collect benchmark information on data processing expenses for
similar companies in the industry, with as much detail as possible to evaluate outsourcing options. Develop a
Request for Information (RFI) to outsource the corporate data center consisting of dissimilar large computer
platforms.
