 Turnkey basis project handling enquiry of spray dryer plant, herbal extraction plan, tablet coating

 Estimation of product as per BOM with weight by reviewing bid documents, client material
requisition and relevant specification or as per product standard.
 Selection of mechanical drive parts Gear box, motor, coupling, seal & automation parts like

 Prepare preliminary material requisition and outsourcing of materials during estimation stage.
 Preparation of Technical and Commercial Proposals in line with client requirements.
Attend and reply technical/commercial queries receiving from client regarding the bids
submitted.

 Assist the Commercial Manager with budgetary pricing for all potential projects. Liaison with
purchase, design, quality control & production department for various aspects related to job
costing.
 Preparing the summary of technical issues and handing over complete documentation to
engineering and production department, in case of an order arising from the bid.
 Submitted the drawing & other supporting document to client.

 Attending Final Inspection by Client and Third Party Inspection Agencies by providing
required documentary support as per approved QAP.

 Co-ordinate with planning/design department if any change in drawing or any change in drawing
