Background:

HF107-K107H drilled as Horizontal well in Halfaya oil field from December 02nd, 2012,
to Feb 07th 2013 to the total depth of MD 3918.0 m cemented with 7” casing from
surface to 2973.5m in two stages and 4-1/2” liner from 2868.98 m (top of liner) to
3910.0 m.
The well was completed from March, 4th to March, 11th, 2013 using BHDC-97 rig then
rigless testing was conducted from May,11th to 16th ,2013. The well was producing
around 2018bbl/d light oil (52 API) and gas rate 15 MMSCFD and GOR around 7850
SCF/BBL at 36/64’’ choke size. Shut in pressure was recorded during PBU period around
3410 Psi.
Due to high gas rate incident of wire line broken was encountered and lost in hole all
BHA of pressure survey plus around 2700m of (7/32)” wire line then well suspended
waiting for next work over.

1. RIH with W/L grab to catch the parted wire line.

2. Kill the well using 1.25 CaCl2.
3. Retrieve the wire line cable and BHA of pressure recorders.
4. POOH with completion string.
5. RIH with DST string to test the well before and after acid job.
6. Collect surface gas and oil PVT samples for recombination PVT study
7. Complete the well back on Khasib B formation with SCSSSV.

Pre-Testing Checks

- To ensure that safe, trouble free production-testing operations are conducted,

planning, preparation, and communications are essential at all phases of the
operation.
- All equipment to be checked for any transportation damage and, if required,
tested prior to running in the hole.
- All OD’s, ID's and lengths are to be recorded. All Equipment and tubing to be
drifted with respective API sizes prior to picking up to the rig floor to ensure the
Slick Line tools will run through them smoothly.
- Check all the Tubing/Sub Assembly handling equipment available. All Pressure
Test’s should be charted.
- Torque all connections on the floor to optimum torque value.
- Contractor to follow the attachment No 2 for sampling and updating testing report.

1- HSSE STANDARD & REGULATION:

A- Well control safety is the biggest risk source for downhole operations. Each
working procedure on site must have the well control plans, including: run-in and
pull-out, wellhead exchange, cement plug drilling, perforating, slickline operating
and well testing.
B- Strictly obey the local transportation regulations, and Petrochina regulations on
environment protection, no spills to be allowed and make sure all operation are
run in environmental friendly manner.

C- Leakage of hydrogen sulphide (H2S) is very easy to lead to mass injury with huge
damage. Therefore, H2S protection should be given as the first priority among all
the safety affairs. Training for the field crew should be emphasized. Training
courses include the basic knowledge of H2S, application of H2S detection device,
methods and devices for personal protection in H2S environment, H2S first aid,
operational safety regulations in H2S environment, harms of H2S and drills
targeting H2S harms.
D- All personnel should wear required PPE (mask, breathing apparatus, safety belt,
safety rope, buffer, helmet, safety footwear, suitable working clothes, gloves,
goggles and hearing protectors, etc) throughout required job.
E- All personnel should be made aware of the need for safe working practices and
safety consciousness in all areas should be encouraged.

F- All available personnel should discuss the relevant topics and ensure they are
personally well prepared to avoid any potential hazards and should hold & attend
regular safety meetings.
G- The onsite team consisting of the PetroChina W/O Supervisor and Service
Contractor Supervisors must ensure all aspects of the operation are conducted in a
safe and efficient manner.
H- Ensure all proper lifting devices are utilized at all times- correct slips, elevators,
etc.

I- Outstanding safety symbols, alarming lines, wind wane, site layout, muster point
and evacuation routes should be well configured at the workover site.
