Special events include, without limitation, Fourth of July, Florida Georgia, Christmas ‘Tree Lighting, and New Year's Eve. Obiaining a special event permit for these and other events on the Exterior Common Areas was a legal requicement even before the City’s May 25, 2018 termination of the Disposition, Development and Lease Agreement. ‘Accordingly, you are on notice thatthe City will not allow unpermitted special events to continue to be held on the Exierior Common Areas, If JLL intends to conduct any special events on the Exterior Common Areas in the future it must apply for, obtain, and pay all applicable fees for a special events permit in accordance with the requirements ofthe Jacksonville Ordinance Code.
