Browser Organisation Sort by Discipline, Sub discipline, associated level
Discipline organisation - coordination Only for CBW and Services less than 2000mm, the rest of the views to be deleted
Discipline organisation - For each level, 1 view showing all services without annotation, another duplicate
mechanical/plumbing/electrical view showing services with annotation, dependent view of 14 parts showing
services with annotation
3D view navisworks Ensure that is one default 3d view without section box and annotations with it
name as "3D navisworks (do not change settings)
File management Purge File and resave as new central file, compress file and backup file to 2 only
To delete unnecessary callouts and sections, if callouts and sections are required to
rename them and sub discipline name should be "MISC". Other levels should not
appear in the file for that level, they shall be deleted. Architectural or structural
