circulation within the European Union. Beyond the regulatory aspect, ISO 22716* certification

inspections by the relevant authorities.

By 2013, all cosmetic products placed on the European market must be manufactured
according to the GMP regulations. Compliance with ISO 22716 is a presumption of
conformity to the GMP recognized by the competent authorities.
