THIS CLAIM LIEN IS FILED PURSUANT TO TENNESSEE CODE 47-50-109; 7-86-115; 7-

39-309; 8-13-108; CHAPTER 22 OF TITLE 9, Perfection, Priority, and Enforcement of Public
Pledges and Liens 9-22-104; 9-22-105; 9-22-106 (TC) TENNESSEE COMMERICAL CODE 4-
3-730; 8-13-108.

DAMAGES & CONTRACT VIOLATIONS

The cited Lien Debtors are being liened against all assets, salary, wages in an amount allowed by
Law of $300,000.00 each by the Liens debtor(s) for a total in excess of 300,000.00; For contract
breach and violation of Oath of Office Totaling 1,500,000.00 based on and pursuant to TITLE
18, 28 USC, of the United States Code, for breach of Oath of Office and contract
VIOLATIONS of the Constitution of the United States.

Infringement of Constitutional rights, including the seventh Amendment of the Constitution [Bill
of Rights], which guarantees a jury trial all Commercial process; Additionally, an approximation
of Thirty-Five (35) Civil Rights Violations, i.e. other Commercial provisions of The Constitution
of the United States, also:

Violation of the Treaty Candendegwa between Haudenshaunee [5 Nations] and United States,
Articles of Association, Articles of Confederation 1,2,3,4,7,8,9,11,12,15,13,14,17,21,26,27,38,29
and 30; Also, the United Nations International Rights of Indigenous People.

THIS Commercial Lien is intended to notify, through recording, that all assets & all real and
movable property of the aforementioned can be seized from the cited Lien Debtors and those
yet to be named as Lien Debtors.

This property is being seized as a pledge that the specifics as requested are adhered to, and to
secure a portion of the above cited specifications and obligations as declared, and to apply it as a
bond, satisfaction, payment on the persons and activities of the Officials, Officers, and other
such Lien Debtors as may be added from time to time, for whatever relevant and just
Commercial Agreements.

This Commercial Lien is not A Lis Pendens Lien, therefore it may not be removed or dissolved
by any other parties except the Lien Claimants or a Common Law Constitution of the United
States Jury properly convened and used to settle Claimant’s cause.

Additionally, those named and unnamed lien Debtors, which may be added from time to time,
for whatever relevant and just Commercial Agreements, would also be relevant to the
aforementioned.

SIEZED PROPERTY

The Lien Debtors in concert, committing willful blindness, as a multiple bunch, have caused the
theft of private Property of Privileges and Immunities afforded Gladys Jones through the
Constitution of the United States, Constitution of Tennessee, Laws of the United States, and
Treaties i.e. Treaty of Candendegwa, inter alia. The damage inflicted by Debtors was done as
Belligerents, committing insurrection and Treason against Gladys Jones and their Oath to the
United States.
 FILING LOCATIONS

All persons connected now and in the future are severally and jointly liable. This Lien has been
filed with the Register of Deeds or Recorder’s Office in: Shelby County, Madison, Fayette, Dyer
Counties; and copies sent to your agency superiors, along with the state’s “Department of
Revenue” for the State of Tennessee.
