VESSEL ORIENTATION FORM

This orientation shall be administered by the Vessel Master, or Licensed Crewmember appointed by the Master, to
any crewmember, employee, passenger, or visitor new to the vessel in accordance with regulations set forth in:

46 CFR Coast Guard, DOT: Shipping: Part 185: Operations


These provisions require that the Master or Licensed Crewmember present a verbal safety briefing that includes
all of the subjects listed in the above regulations.
