I. Objectives:
At the end of the lesson, the students should be able to:
1. State the meaning of fish deboning
2. Identify the tools, utensils, and equipment to be used in deboning fish.
3. Explain the importance of safety and sanitary work habits in deboning fish.
4. Demonstrate the steps in deboning fish.
5. Appreciate the value of learning the skill of deboning fish.

A. Activity
 Divide the class into 3 groups. Let each group participate in answering questions
raised by the teacher. In 5 minutes time, all the members in the group will participate.
 Ask the students to relate experiences with the previous lesson. Let them connect
past lesson with the present lesson.
B. Analysis
 Who can give the meaning of fish deboning?
 What are the tools, utensils, and equipment to be used in deboning?
 What are the uses of each tools and utensils?
 Why is it important for us to be careful in using the tools when deboning?\
 What are the steps in deboning fish?

C. Abstraction
1. Why is safety and sanitary work habits important?
2. How can we apply the skill we learn in deboning fish to our daily lives?

D. Application (assessment)
Let the students perform fish deboning.
