JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

WE, HELIAN SHAREE ANNE SALE of legal ages, Filipino, single and a resident of 2 nd street
great Plains Subd., Bacayan, Cebu City, Philippines,

-and-

PRISCILLA ESTEEL MONTECILLO of legal ages, Filipinos, married and a resident of 748
San Roque St., Tabada, Mambaling, Cebu City, Philippines after having been sworn in
accordance with the law hereby depose and state that;

1. We personally know Liezl Lim Ignacio also known as Liezl Ignacio Fernandez
and that she is our long time friend;

2. We know for a fact that the person by the name of Liezl Lim Ignacio is a single
parent;

3. We are also aware that she has been married, however, her husband has
abandoned her and their children since June 2017;

4. That she has been taking care of the children as well as to their basic needs by
herself without any assistance from her husband;

5. We are not in any way related to Liezl Ignacio withtin the fourth civil degree either by
consanguinity or affinity, nor do we have any pecuniary interest in this matter
whatsoever;

6. We hereby declare that Liezl has been a single mother since 2017 despite her
marriage to her husband;

7. We are executing this affidavit to attest to the truthfulness of the foregoing

statements and to establish the fact that she is a SOLO PARENT entitled to the
benefits granted by law and for all legal intents and purposes it may serve.
