Director Disbursements 2009


• Professionally directed a $20B cash disbursements function providing dynamic leadership to five managers
and total staff of 72 to productively meet all business and service goals.
• Consistently met all time lines and quality standards managing daily operations of accounts payable, field
sales and promotion payments, tobacco procurement payments, and payroll.
• Saved labor costs by streamlining processes allowing existing staffing to absorb increased workload
acquired due to corporate restructuring.
• Identified synergies and cost savings as key contributor on the integration team for a major acquisition.
• Successfully initiated seamless consolidation strategy of accounts payable and payroll for two Fortune 500
