I had a brief phone interview with a recruiting team member, then with a HR team member. I
attended an onsite interview with two executive team members. The interview process is
standard for this type of position. The staff members met with were all friendly and professional.

I was asked one question. I spoke with the program manager and the assistant program manager
for an hour. They were both very kind. We got along really well. I am convinced my rapport with

Interview
I submitted my application and was contacted within 48 hours. I had one in person interview with
two members of their team. The interview was quick and polite. The offer was more of the issue, I
received an initial offer and when I tried to negotiate they countered with a lower offer than they
initially proposed. I decided not to take the position.

Interview process was very ef cient. People I interviewed with were very professional and
impressive. Interviewed with senior management as well as a few peers. Interview questions were
challenging but very respectful. Position was for a Sacramento based job. I found the opportunity
online and applied via their website. The process was easy enough to navigate. There are a lot of
impressive co-workers at this company.

What is your biggest weakness. I hate that question. It's always dif cult to answer but I was
honest with the interviewer and the question and my answer led to some very good discussion.

3 step process, Speak to recruiter, then vp, then coo, also y up to Folsom. Very informal and
unprofessional. Waste of time. Dont bother interviewing here. Little career oppotunity other than
a true sales position until you get burnt out.
