1.0 Introduction

Primaces Sdn Bhd was incorporate as a private limited company in 2015 under

the Companies Act 1965 in Malaysia. The main objective of the firm is providing Building

contractors, transport contractors, engineering contractors, civil engineers, site

information & plant layout adviser & consultants.

Primaces is a well-established construction company specializing in building and

civil construction.

2.0 Objectives

 Objectives

There have several objectives of PRIMACES SDN BHD as follow:-

 To develop and turn into account any land acquired by the company or in which it is

interested and in particular by laying out and preparing the same for building

purposes, constructing, altering, fitting up, decorating, demolishing, maintaining and

improving buildings and by planting, paying, draining, letting on buildings leases or

agreements and by advancing money to and entering into contracts and agreements

of all kinds with builders, tenants and others.

 To purchase, acquire, hold and sell any freehold, leasehold or other property for any

estate or interest whatever, and any rights, privileges or easements upon or in respect

of any property or any buildings, offices, hotels, factories, mills, works and any real or

personal property or rights whatsoever which may be necessary for or may be

conveniently used with or may enhance the value of any other property of the

company.

 To carry on all or any of the business of building contractors, transport contractors,

enginnering contractors, civil engineers, site information and plant layout adviser and

consultant (whether civil, mechanical, electrical, structural, chemical, aeronautical,
