Overall Notes:
1. Try to keep your resume down to one page, it makes it much easier for recruiters and
reviewers to read through everything.
2. Look at the job description, they list requirements there. Make sure that you fulfill each
of these and it is down in your resume. E.g. State in additional skills that you have an
active drivers license and current insurance, as well as that you’ve completed high
school.
3. Do you have anyone you can have as a possible reference? From any of your work
places?
4. They talk about different skills they want, and you can tailor what you put in your job
experience to match that.
a. They want organizational and people skills, you can describe how you organized
things at work as well as had to work with lots of different groups of people each
day in different capacities. By this, I mean you had to work with managing
employees below you, requests from superiors, work in a group of peers, and was
successful all around.
5. If you don’t know already, I would ask about their hours. They ask for a flexible
schedule, so that just means part-time work? And what is the average workload?
