Sore throats
Sore throats generally occur due to bacterial or viral infections of the upper respiratory tract. This
disease generally affects more young children and adolescents.
 In addition to pain when swallowing, a sore throat can also be accompanied by the
following symptoms:
 Headache
 Enlargement of glands in the neck
 Tonsils / tonsils that swell due to inflammation
 Muscle ache
 Cough
 Runny nose
 Irritation
 Itching in the throat
 Pain and difficulty swallowing

How to reduce symptoms

Although it can be cured without medication, there are several things that can be done to reduce
symptoms:
Gargle to the throat (gargle) with an antiseptic mouthwash containing povidone-iodine, two to
five times a day. An antiseptic solution containing povidone-iodine can kill bacteria that cause
several disorders in the mouth and throat
Drink enough water, especially if you have a fever. By drinking enough water you can increase
your immune system.
Don't smoke and avoid smoke-filled environments.
Avoid throat irritation by not consuming drinks or foods that are too hot.
Gargle with warm salt water to relieve inflammation or swelling in the throat.

Sweat
Sweat is water released by sweat glands on the skin of mammals. The main content
in sweat is sodium chloride (the main ingredient of kitchen salt) in addition to
other ingredients (which emit aromas) such as 2-methylfenol (o-cresol) and 4-
methylfenol (p-cresol).
In humans, sweat is released to regulate body temperature, although some assume
that the components of male sweat can function as pheromones
Evaporation of sweat from the surface of the skin has a cooling effect due to latent
heat of evaporation of water which takes heat from the skin. Therefore, in hot
weather, or when the muscles heat up due to hard work, sweat is produced. Sweat
increases in nervousness and nausea, and decreases in fever. Animals that have a
small amount of sweat glands, such as dogs, lower body temperature by opening
their mouth up and sticking out their tongue (gasping), so that water evaporates
from the oral cavity and pharynx. Primates and horses, have underarm sweat
glands as in humans.
Positive impact
Remove toxins from the body.
Helps cool the body when overheating.
Burn calories.
Reduce stress.
Streamlining blood circulation.
Beautify skin.
Negative impact
Sweat can cause the skin and clothes to look wet or moist.
Because it contains salt, can leave whitish or yellowish spots on clothing.
Excessive sweating can cause itching and redness of the skin.
Sweat can create the right environment for the growth of some harmful
microorganisms such as fungi.
Directly showering with cold water after sweating a lot is fatal risk.
If you want to take a shower after sweating a lot, wait for a while before taking a
shower and use warm water when bathing.
