GENERAL INFORMATION

Date: 1st – 4th February 2018

(1st February 2018: 1500m & 800m Freestyle only)

Time: Starts at 08.00am daily

(1st February 2018 – starts at 2pm)

Venue: Pusat Akuatik Darul Ehsan, Shah Alam

Closing Date: 5:00pm on Friday, 5th January 2018

Team Manager’s Meeting: 13th January 2018 (Saturday), 11:00am at PADE PRAS Room.

Affiliation Fee: For year 2018 (from July 2017 – June 2018)
RM 50.00 per Club

Entry Fees: Selangor Swimmers’ Registration Fee: RM20.00 per swimmer

Individual Event: RM6.00 per swimmer per event
Team Event: RM24.00 per team per event

Mode of Payment: Cheque made payable to “Persatuan Renang Amatur Selangor” to be attached
together with the entry forms. Entry or entries will not be accepted without payment.

Technical Officials: All affiliates are required to nominate technical officials to be part of the swim meet’s
technical officials as follow. RM500.00 will be imposed to any affiliate who is not able
to comply. All technical officials nomination are to be sent to Mdm. Helen
