Retire los tapones de protección 9998251 del inyector
Retire las herramientas de elevación. unitario agujeros.

Sumerja los pernos de la culata en un inhibidor de ¡IMPORTANTE! NOTA elimine todas las protecciones se
corrosión, parte no. 282036. Colóquelos en una red o conecta al mismo tiempo, pero eliminarlos uno por uno
similar para que el exceso de inhibidor de corrosión ya que cada inyector unitario está instalado en su lugar
pueda salir corriendo.

Montar los pernos de la culata. 14
Apretar según el diagrama de ajuste Coloque nuevos anillos de sellado en los inyectores de la
unidad. Lubrique los anillos de sellado con aceite de
motor. Coloque los inyectores unitarios y presione hacia
abajo con fuerza hasta que lleguen al fondo; centrarlos
para que no toquen los resortes valve.

Con cuidado, tire del cableado de los inyectores de la
unidad en la culata. Apriete el soporte de cableado en
la cabeza del cilindro. Conecte los cables eléctricos a los inyectores de la
unidad.

The instructions cover adjustment of valves and unit
injectors in the following order:
Exhaust valves Inlet valves
Unit injectors ,!É
NOTE: Exhaust valves, inlet valves and unit injectors are
to be adjusted at the same time for each cylinder.
Valves and unit injectors should be adjusted in the order

12 Functionality check

Perform a functionality check by starting the engine and
running it until normal operating temperature is attained.
Then run the engine another 4-10 minutes at idling
speed. Once idling speed is steady the cylinder balan
cing system will have set the correct amount of fuel for
the unit injectors.

NOTE: Do not forget to remove turning tool 9993590
from the flywheel housing and refit the cover.

Cylinder liners and pistons,
removing
Special tools: 9992955,9993590,9996394,9996395,
9996645, 9996966
Fit press tool 9996966 on the cylinder liners that are not
to be removed.
