Performer Agreement

This document sets out an agreement between OnWheels Dance Group and the National Volunteer &
Philanthropy Centre (NVPC), located at 6 Eu Tong Sen Street #04- 88, Singapore 059817.

The following terms and conditions set out the contractual arrangement between OnWheels Dance
Group (“The Performer”) and the National Volunteer & Philanthropy Centre (NVPC), for a project
relating to the President’s Volunteerism & Philanthropy Awards (PVPA) 2018.

The Awards

Launched in 2004 by then President SR Nathan, the National Volunteerism & Philanthropy Awards
(NVPA) presented by NVPC honour those who have set excellent benchmarks in encouraging the spirit
of giving in Singapore.

In 2012, the NVPA and the President’s Social Service Awards were combined as the President’s
Volunteerism & Philanthropy Awards (PVPA). This pinnacle achievement honours the best in
volunteerism and philanthropy from individuals to organisations in the people to the private and public
sectors. The awards are cause-neutral encompassing the following: animal welfare, arts, children and
youth, community, disability, education, elderly, environment, families, health, humanitarian, sports,
social services, and women and girls.

These are the most recognised and prestigious awards in volunteerism and philanthropy conferred by
the President’s Office. With such recognition, we aim to encourage the winners, and inspire others to
share their resources, time, and expertise to bring about a higher level of giving in Singapore.

There are two components to PVPA 2018:

1. The Process: The call for nominations, due diligence, analysis and recommendations by NVPC
team, the deliberation and judging (which may involve interviews with shortlisted nominees)
by the different (volunteer) judging panels for the different categories, and the final selection
of the winner for each respective category.

2. The Award Ceremony and Gala Dinner: Where the winners are officially announced and the
awards are conferred by the President of Singapore. The awards are given out in the presence
of, and celebrated by, some of the industry’s most influential people.

The Partnership

This agreement sets out to confirm OnWheels Dance Group’s support for PVPA 2018 by providing
NVPC with a musical performance which comprises of:

• 1 performance set not exceeding 15 minutes

• No less than 5 - 8 performers,
• Event day pre-performance set-up, rehearsals and sound check.

In return, NVPC will offer:

• An Honorarium of a total amount of $500

• Acknowledgment of OnWheels Dance Group as a Performer in communications and publicity

material relating to PVPA 2018 leading to and at the event. This includes:
▪ Acknowledgement in citation booklet for all invited guests that are influential in the giving
space,
▪ Emcee acknowledgement on the day of event.

Revision
This agreement or any provision hereof may be modified only upon the mutual written consent of both
The Performer and NVPC. In the event that any dispute arises out of or in connection with this
agreement, including any questions regarding its existence, validity or termination, the parties shall
attempt to resolve such dispute amicably.
