Monitor, measure, control and report on the delivery, project status and the KPIs, adapting the project plan and
compensating as needed to adjust to evolving conditions.
Review the delivery strategy for the projects and different policies for the organization.
Monitor / update metrics dashboard on completion of projects and update the same with the clients.
Plan, prioritize and organize workload, consistently working within service standards and agreed objectives.
Plan, monitor, control and ensure quality of software projects.
Perform requirement analysis, conduct workshops for clients and estimate the budget.
Ensure that adequate resources are allocated to projects for its successful execution.
Provide advice on information systems strategy, processes, policy, management and service delivery.
Plan the tasks which include design, development, testing, deployments and maintenance to ensure business continuity for
clients of the Company.
Talent Management by recruiting, training and retaining resources as per the organizational strategy.
Performance evaluation of reporting staff and ensuring continuous improvement.
Monitor activities to ensure completion with agreed quality, budget, scope and timelines.
Define and resolve complex technical problems in heterogeneous information systems environments.
Ensure proper configuration management of the software produced and traceability of the code to the requirements.
Perform evaluation, selection, and application of new and emerging tools and techniques and support the development of
business/technology proposals by estimating implementation costs and evaluating options.
Analyze software problems, data issues and workflows and recommend solutions.
Liaison with Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Delivery officer on business strategies, propose
changes as needed and implement after decisions are made.
