On the screen – range 000000
Enter 000615

This is the code for scale 6/15 kg. By entering this code the parameters are set by
default a shown on the table below.
6. Use key Enter to go forward to other parameters values. The parameters should
be as follow:

ULOAD 20

7. Mode test 1
In this mode enter the weight of the test weight that you going to use to calibrate the
scale.
4 kg. For first range
The load cell should be free of load.
2
Press key >0< without touching the plate
The following message appears --0—for about 3 sec.
After test 1 appears again place a load of test weight 4 kg for first range.
Press key enter/+/ to enter mode CAlib 1.
Wait for the scale to stable and press key enter. The displays show the message --t—
for about 3 seconds.
8. Mode test2
In this mode enter the load of test weights to calibrate range 2. Enter 14kg

After the message test 2 appears again place the 14kg test weights for second range.
Press key enter by which we go to mode CAlib 2.
Wait till scale is stable and press Enter the message --t— appears for about 3 sec.
Press 2 times the key >0<.
The message r-6.53- appears and after than the scale in in weighing mode
If you hadn’t remove the load of 4kg the scale should display 4kg on the display
In the weight on the display is the same as the actual weight of the test weights, the
calibration is successful.
To set the scale to work with additional devices you need to set up the serial ports.

II. Password, G-Value settings, Filter setting

Scale EVLplus xx PK-7 has function of G-value correction.

G-Value correction is needed when place of calibration has different G-Value than place
of use.
Note: This function is password protected! No service jumper is needed to change G-
value correction.
Entering digits is done by key Т /tare/ to change the blinking digit, with key * /star/
to change the value of the digit.

1. To assess G-Value correction menu Enter menu FUNC40:

FvnC40
To enter Func40, press FN key 3 times and enter 40 followed by Enter key!
2. Display shows pss-1

pass-1
Enter password 201

000201
Confirm with Enter key

pass-2
Enter re-enter same password for pass-2

000201
Confirm with Enter key
5
Scale accepts the password and shows

store-
Now you are in G-value correction menu. There are two parameters:

1. Here 098053 – The G-value of the place where calibration is made

Here-- 098053
2. There098053 – The G-value of the place where the scale will be used

tHere- 098053
3. This function controls how fast the ADC is working. By default this value is 21

Fast 21
In FAST you have the following options fast mode setting:

1. Fast = 0 – FAST settings are taken from calibration menu FUNC10

2. Fast = 10 – ADC works in slow mode (10Hertz),

Filt = 0, Aner2 not used, Aner 1= number of weighing per averaging

3. Fast = 11 – ADC work in fast mode (80Hertz)

Filt = 0, Aner 1= number of weighing per averaging

4. Fast = 21 - ADC work in fast mode (80Hertz),

Filt = 0, when Filt > 0 it will add addition weighing delay. Aner2 not
used, Aner1= number of weighing per averaging.

6
In setting point 4. Is activated additional vibration filtration STAB. When setting
option 4 is set up form weighing mode you can change STAB filtering by holding
FN key.

The following STAB options are available:

Stab off, Stab1, Stab2, Stab3 when Stab1, Aner 2 is used recommended value
10.

4. Filter value by default should be 0, when Filter >0 the scale will weight slower.

FILT 0
5. Aner -2 should be always set to value 10

ANER-2 10
6. Aner -1 number of weighing per averaging. Suggested value 5

Aner-1 07
7. In this last screen you can change password to access Func 21 (Hi-Lo).

To disable password for Hi-Lo menu Enter password 000000

000000
The scale exits menu and going pack to weighing mode.
