TERMS & CONDITIONS OF THE STYLEDEMOCRACY SAMPLES CONTEST

1. REQUIREMENTS

Online participation, an Instagram account, and an Internet connection are required (NB: this
promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram
and/or Facebook. By participating, you entirely release Instagram and/or Facebook)

2. CONTEST OVERVIEW

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. To enter the Sampler Fall 2018 Contest
you will be required to:
1. Become a registered user, or login to a previously registered account, of the
StyleDemocracy Samples program. The program is available at:
a. https://app.sampler.io/style-democracy
2. Tag three friends on the StyleDemocracy Instagram post pertaining to this contest.

.All users that correctly follow contest instructions will be eligible to enter to win the prize.
Incomplete, illegible, corrupted or untimely entries are void and will be disqualified. Entries must
be submitted by the individual entrant. All entries become the property of The Sampler App
when submitted and will not be returned to entrant.

3. ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS
The Offer is only to open to participants who are: legal U.S. residents physically residing in the
48 Continental U.S. States (including the District of Columbia) or legal Canadian Residents, who
are 18 years of age or older at time of registration, who are legitimate users of both Instagram
and Operator. All federal, state, province and local laws and regulations apply. This Offer is void
where it is prohibited or restricted, for either sender or recipient, by law. Limit one entry per
Instagram account and/or Email. Additional entries will be disqualified, and The Sampler App
Inc. (“Sponsor/Operator”) which will administer the sweepstakes for the other sponsors reserves
the right to disqualify any person that submits multiple entries. Automated or bulk entries or
entries submitted by third parties will be disqualified.

4. PRIZE
One (1) sample gift box (valued at $30 CAD). (NB: this promotion is in no way sponsored,

participating, you entirely release all brands included)

6. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
This Offer shall run between September 18 2018 until October 15 2018. The winner will be
contacted by October 19 2018. Operator will maintain the official time clock and will determine
the order of entries received for the Offer.
7. RELEASE
By participating in this Offer, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless
Facebook, Sponsor, Operator, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising
and promotions agencies, and other individuals engaged in the development or execution of this
Offer, from any liability, claims, losses, and damages arising out of or relating to their
participation in this Offer or the acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any credit, coupon,
or product received in connection with this Offer. Sponsor and Operator are not responsible for
any typographical or other error in the printing of this offer, including erroneous appearance of
qualification for the Offered Item and under no circumstances will more than the stated number
of products be awarded. If for any reason Sponsor and/or Operator is prevented from continuing
with this Offer, or if the integrity and/or feasibility of the Offer is severely undermined by any
event including but not limited to fire, flood, epidemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or
strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war
(declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state, provincial, or local
government law, order or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, Sponsor shall have the
right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Offer without
further obligation.
