Part II Information for Applicants

2.1 General

The Beijing Olympic Organizing Committee welcomes and thanks all applicants who meet the qualifications of the applicant to participate in this
solicitation. Applicants are requested to submit the application plan that meets the requirements on time.

The Beijing Olympic Organizing Committee hopes to select the Beijing Winter Olympics mascot and the Beijing Winter Paralympic mascot design
plan through this solicitation. The Beijing Winter Olympics Organizing Committee will organize and complete this solicitation activity according to
the arrangement .

2.2 Basic requirements for applicants to comply

The basic rules to be followed by the applicant include but are not limited to:

( 3 ) The applicant confirms and agrees: Beijing Dong'ao Organizing Committee, International Olympic Committee, and International Paralympic

application plan submitted by the applicant; however, the Beijing Winter Olympics Organizing Committee will not disclose the application plan to

Committee and its designated work team.

The third part of the applicant qualification

All natural persons, legal persons and other organizations interested in designing the Beijing Winter Olympics mascot and the Beijing Winter
Paralympic mascot and voluntarily complying with the requirements of this collection and all the solicitation activities may participate in the

Part IV Composition of the application plan

4.1 Application plan
The application plan consists of the following complete and inseparable parts: The first part is the written documents and supporting materials

Applicants should submit the application plan on time according to the requirements of this collection document. Any application that does not

4.2 The applicant 's qualification documents and legal documents to be signed and submitted for participation in this solicitation activity shall
consist of the following contents:

( 5 ) Other documents required by the Beijing Olympic Organizing Committee.

4.3 Application plan

The application design should consist of the following: design artwork, design description, and design application . among them:

(1) the design draft from Beijing Winter mascot design artwork and winter Beijing Paralympic mascot design artwork composition, two each

5.2 Other requirements for mascot design
The design requirements for the Beijing Winter Olympics mascot and the Beijing Winter Paralympic mascot should also include :

The mascot must be original , not a published work, or a copy , modification , adaptation , or interpretation of any other work ( including but not
limited to other mascots and cartoon characters ) .

The mascot must be different from the previous mascot designs of the Olympic Games and Paralympics , important international sports
competitions, major domestic sports events and events.
The mascot of the Beijing Winter Olympics shall display the emblem of the Beijing Winter Olympics. The mascot of the Beijing Winter

6.1 Filing documents and order requirements of the application plan

6.2 Packaging, original and copy requirements of the application plan

6. 6 Change and withdrawal of the application plan

6.7 Any application for any of the following problems shall be deemed to be eligible for this solicitation:

Part VII Procedures and Bonuses for Solicitation Activities

7.1 From the time when the Beijing Winter Olympic Organizing Committee issued the collection document, any applicant can download the
collection document from the official website of the Beijing Winter Olympic Games Organizing Committee ( www.beijing2022.cn ) .

7.2 Applicants shall make the application plan according to the requirements of this collection document and ensure that the Beijing Winter
Olympic Games Organizing Committee will receive the application plan after the start time of the published acceptance plan and before the deadline.
The Beijing Winter Olympics Organizing Committee will not refund all application plans.
7.3 After the expiration of the deadline for receiving the application plan, the review committee of the solicitation activity will conduct a formal
review of the accepted application plan. Any application that does not meet the requirements of the form of the OECD document will likely be
considered invalid.
7.4 The Solicitation Review Committee will review all application proposals that have passed the formal review. The review committee will
conduct the following review and assessment:
