1 Concept and logo out
1.1 High-class yet quirky, interior will be kind of elegant
1.2 Initially DGDD can’t imagine and not sure how to picture high-class and
quirky together. But after Stefany and Jon explain, they are clearer now.
1.3 Logo -> four colours -> Neutral Grey (To represent all of us), Purple
(DCMD), and Turquoise (DGDD), Maroon (DID). DGDD requested
Turquoise to be slightly darker.

2 Venue + Interior
2.1 Since the concept and logo is out, DID can start doing the interior cum
layout of the gradshow. DID given one week to come out with the layout
and plan.
2.2 Venue:
Vivo City this year they don’t entertain us.
Esplanade they don’t open to public.
Suntec City Galleria and Tropics too small. Entertainment Centre is
bigger.
Takashimaya they only open for their retail shops like OSim. But we can
try asking them.

The places that we chosen for now are:

3 Sponsorship decks
3.1 Jon and stefany showed them the deck that Andrea had prepared.
3.2 Asked DID and DGDD to send their best works to Jon and Stefany by
end of this week.
3.3 Jon and Stefany explained to them about barter trade and clock-in
3.4 DID and DGDD to think of their invited guests.

4 Regarding money collected and runway

4.1 DID have been collecting money weekly but as for DGDD they seem to
not be collecting. DGDD told us that their lecturer had asked the school
to sort of help us to collect the money as he’s afraid that we might over-
spent the money. But the school have yet to reply the lecturer.
4.2 Runway: both DID and DGDD don’t quite agree on having the runway.

5 Think of activies and games

5.1 DID and DGDD to think of games to be held in the activities slots
during the grad show
5.2 DGDD suggested LAN tournment competition, namecard games
(characters+environment+defence)
5.3 Proposed to Jeffery to lend out laptops for DGDD during laptops.
