Learning Objective : MLO:
By the end of the lesson pupils will be able to listen and
respond to at least 4 days of the week by saying the
activities they do on that day.

Success Criteria:
By the end of the lesson,
1. All pupils will be able to listen and respond to at
least 4 days of the week by saying the activities they
do on that day.
2. Most pupils will be able to listen and respond to at
least 5 days of the week by saying the activities they
do on that day.
3. Some pupils will be able to listen and respond to at
least 7 days of the week by saying the activities they
do on that day.
CLO:
By the end of the lesson pupils will be able to say at least
two activities on the selected days.
Success criteria:

Activities: : 1.Listen to ‘Seven Days-Days of the Week Song’ (may
i. Pre-Lesson repeat it two or three times).
ii. Lesson Development : 1. Teach the pupils to recite the chant (repeat two or three
times).
2. Pupils recite the chant line by line with teacher (repeat
two or three times).
3. Teacher asks the pupils what they do every day and the
pupils respond based on the power point projected.
4. Assigned the pupils in pairs.
5. Project the dialogue strip and guide the pupils to read the
dialogue. (repeat one more time)
6. Ask the pupils to read the dialogue in pairs as Pupil A and
Pupil B. If they are finished, they may exchange their role.
iii. Post Lesson : 1. Ask the pupils, in their respective pair to think other
activities that they do every day.
2. As the conclusion the pupils recite the chant.
