The doors of your vehicle were open with the keys in the vehicle. A white four wheel drive possibly a prado has crashed into the property, An unknown person has jumped out of the four wheel drive and drove off with your vehicle. Your policy coverage relating to the claim You have taken out a comprehensive policy on your vehiole, as per the product disclosure statement ‘on page 21 under the heading, what's not covered, it states, Thett if you leave your car unlocked, or with the keys in the vehicte, or without activating any alarm or immobiliser. The information we have considered in making this decision From the police report we have received it states the vehicle was left unlocked with the keys in the vehicle and unsecured. The police report also states that the vehicle was parked in a driveway. We regret to inform you that your claim is not covered in this incident.
