METHODOLOGY:

The engineers were able to conform with the required designed designated by the
owner;by trial and error procedure, the design desired by the owner were achieved.
Proceeding to proper calculations, the engineers standardized the structure by
basing all the required measurements and coefficients from National Building Code
of the Philippines(NBCP) and National Structural Code of the Philippines (NSCP); In
calculating the wind load and seismic load, the NSCP was used as a guide while in
getting the correct measurements in layouting the plan, NBCP was used. In order for
the engineers to calculate the most critical x and y frames, four different
combination of loads were used, the following load combinatons are:

� Dead Loads and Live Loads Combination,

� Dead Loads, Live Loads and Seismic Loads Combination,
� Dead Loads, Live Loads and Wind Loads Combination, and
� Dead Loads and Seismic Loads Combination.
